How to Apply

We know that choosing a program for your child is a difficult decision.  That’s why we honor a Free Trial Day with no obligation to continue enrollment.  Click each step below for details.

Step 1.

LEARN ABOUT OUR PROGRAM

Complete the “Schedule a Tour” form on our website. The Director will contact you to let you know if there is space available on your preferred start date and will invite you to schedule a tour.

Step 2.

RESERVE YOUR START DATE

After you and the Director agree on a start date and schedule, you will be required to pay a one-time registration fee of $75, plus a two-week security deposit in order to reserve enrollment space for your child.  Your first payment is made by check or money order.  We do not accept cash.

If you are eligible for Child Care Subsidy or PreK Counts, eligibility must be verified by the Director in order to reserve your start date.

Step 3.

REGISTER ONLINE

You will receive an enrollment email with the link to our online registration.  You will also receive a reminder that a current health record is required within the first 30 days of enrollment.  If you do not have a current health record, make an appointment with your child’s doctor as soon as possible.

Step 4.
FREE TRIAL WEEK
Your child’s first week is considered a free trial week. If your child attends on the confirmed start date and you decide not to continue enrollment for any reason, your security deposit will be refunded to you in full. The $75 registration fee is non-refundable. After your free trial week, if you choose to continue enrollment with us, you will be expected to make your first weekly payment in advance for the following week. Payment procedures are available in our Family Handbook.
 
After your child attends the free trial week, if you would like to continue enrollment in our program, you will be expected to make your first weekly payment.  You can pay the invoice online through our Family App or in-person by check or money order.
 
Online payments are by ACH Bank Transfer only – we do not accept credit cards or debit cards (please see the Payment Policy in our Family Handbook for more details). Your two-week security deposit will be held throughout your child’s enrollment with us.

Note: The FREE TRIAL WEEK promotion does not apply for enrollment funded by PreK Counts and ITCS (Infant Toddler Contracted Slots), since no payment is ever required for grant-funded programs. It also does not apply to enrollments with ELRC subsidy, since we are required by contract to collect the family copayment.
